Why no sign-up?
Because a tool that will not run until you give it an email address is a lead form wearing a tool costume, and this audience recognises the difference immediately.
Both run as plain JavaScript in your browser. There is no server call and no storage, which matters because one of them asks you to paste a supplier's proposal.

Do these tools require an email address?
No. No sign-up, no email, no gate. They run in your browser and nothing is uploaded or stored.
Do they use AI?
No. Both are deterministic checkers matching against maintained lists. Describing a pattern matcher as AI, on a site about spotting AI overclaiming, would be self-defeating.
