Who is Justas Butkus?

Justas Butkus is a Lithuanian AI engineer and founder of Ainora (a voice AI platform serving 27+ service industries in 100+ languages) and Impetora (enterprise AI consulting). He holds a BSc in Quantitative Economics, completed in 2026, plus the Baltic Financial and Investment Advisor certificate, and is trilingual: Lithuanian, English, Russian.

I studied economics and kept seeing the same problem everywhere: service businesses lose thousands of euros every month to missed calls, forgotten customers and overworked front desks. A single missed dental emergency, a hotel reservation that rang out, a lead that never got a call back - the math is brutal. So I started building AI that answers the phone instead.

Today I run Ainora as founder, building AI voice agents that pick up every call 24/7, book appointments into the CRM, remember customers by name and reactivate dormant clients to recover lost revenue. I also run Impetora, an enterprise AI consultancy for clients in regulated industries who need document processing, support automation, internal knowledge systems and decision support - alongside a handful of ventures outside voice AI.

The economics background shapes how I build. Every automation gets evaluated against the revenue it protects, not just whether it works technically. That is the difference between an Ainora deployment and a generic chatbot: it is specified against the loss it prevents.
